摘要
分析了柴电混合动力系统运行状态、控制系统特征及其对柴油机电控系统的需求,提出了以转矩为最主要的控制变量建立扭矩启动管理策略,根据总需求转矩和柴油机稳态效率MAP图确定逻辑控制关系以及柴油机和电动机的目标转矩,建立状态自适应启动扭矩逻辑,随系统模式需求和系统状态参量变化改变柴油机起燃转速和起喷油量,达到保证启动动力特性,减少排放和油耗的目的。
Based on the analysis of the diesel-electric hybrid system requirements, the paper shows a method to control start process of hybrid system, by the research on the torque control strategy and coordinated control of the engine. Torque management strategy uses torque as the major control parameter, designs the control logic by the relationship between the torque and engine efficiency MAP. In the start process, the torque logic decides the diesel engine target speed to fire and fuel mass to fit the system requirements, to optimize the start dynamic characteristics in order to reduce emissions and fuel consumption.
