非等温结晶动力学研究不同抗氧剂对PP/NA-11性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 利用修正Avrami方程的Jeziorny法研究了受阻酚类抗氧剂1010、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168及复配抗氧剂B-215对成核聚丙烯(PP)/甲撑双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸酯钠盐(NA-11)非等温结晶过程、力学性能和光学透明性的影响。结果表明,单一降温速率下,Jeziorny法可以用来描述不同抗氧剂对PP/NA-11非等温结晶过程的影响。抗氧剂168可促进PP/NA-11的异相成核,而抗氧剂1010则消弱了NA-11的成核效率,减缓了PP/NA-11的结晶速率。与PP/NA-11相比,PP/NA-11/1010晶粒尺寸增大,力学性能和透明性降低,结晶度下降了11.4%,雾度由16.7%增加至21.3%。 The modified Avrami theories of Jeziorny was used to study me eliects ol t.nucicu V antioxidant 1010, phosphite antioxidant 168 and compound antioxidant B-215 on crystallization behavior, mechanical properties and transparency of polypropylene (PP). The result showed that: Jeziorny method could describe the effect of antioxidants on non-isothermal crystallization process of PP/NA-11 in single cooling rate. Antioxidant 168 could promote the heterogeneous nucleation of PP/NA-11, but antioxidant 1010 weaken the nucleation efficiency of PP/NA-11, reduce crystallization rate of PP/NA-11 ; compared with PP/ NA-11, enlarged the grain size, worse mechanical properties and transparency of PP/NA-11 obtained by adding 1010; the crystallinity decreased by 11.4% and haze increased from 16. 7% to 21.3%.
