DCP对软质PVC/EP/OMMT复合材料性能的影响

摘要 研究了引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)含量对软质聚氯乙烯/环氧树脂/有机蒙脱土(PVC/EP/OMMT)复合材料拉伸性能、加工性能,特别是压缩永久变形的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜观察了粒子在基体中的分散性以及粒子与基体间的相容性。研究结果表明,在实验条件下,当DCP质量分数大于4%时,复合体系压缩永久变形较低,回弹性较好,并且经过固化的压缩永久变形低于未经固化的;当DCP质量分数为3%时,体系的平衡转矩达到最低,加工性能较好;DCP的加入能够改善基体中粒子的分散性以及粒子与基体之间的界面相容性。 The influence of initiator DCP content on the tensile properties and processing properties, especially the compression set of the soft PVC/EP/OMMT composites war studied in this paper. The dispersion of particles in matrix, as well as the compatibility between the particle and matrix, was observed with SEM. The results showed that the compression set of cured samples was lower and the rebound resilience of cured samples was better than those of uncured when the content of DCP was more than 4 wt% under the experimental condition. Besides, the balancing torque of the composite was the lowest and the processing properties were better when the content of DCP was 3 wt%. The addition of DCP improved the dispersion of particles and enhanced the compatibility between particle and matrix.
