摘要
通过分析红外检测各影响因素对热像图拍摄准确性的影响程度,提出了通过设计使用热像图采集点位置控制图和温度补偿算法对热像图拍摄准确性进行校正的方法。同时,结合船载电气设备工作特点设计热像图区域分割方法,通过使用热像数据分区域比对的方法来对设备故障进行诊断,通过验证实验表明该方法适用性强,通过调整比例参数能够满足大部分船载电气设备热像图故障诊断分析需求。
By analyzing the affecting degree of each factor on thermal image accuracy in infrared detection, the method is proposed to adjust thermal image shooting accuracy by acquisition position control chart and temperature compensation algorithm in thermal image. And, thermal image segmentation method is designed being combined with working characteristics of shipboard electrical equipment, to diagnose equipment failures by the thermal image data sub-regional comparison methods. Verification experiments show that the method is applicable, which can meet most of the shipboard electrical equipment heat map fault diagnosis image analysis needs by adjusting the parameters ratio.
