摘要 对煤矿的安全状况进行综合评价多采用固定权重的方式,该方式不能动态反映各指标状态值在综合评价中的重要性,对危险指标状态值的反映不灵敏。为此,引入局部变权的形式,使指标的权重值不仅能够随着指标状态值的变化而相应地发生变化,实现动态赋权,同时还能对较小和较大的指标状态值都具有较高的灵敏度,以突出该指标在煤矿安全综合评价中的减分和加分效应,使综合评价结果得以优化。 The fixed weight method is mostly adopted for the comprehensive evaluation of coal mine safety situation,but it can't dynamically reflect the importance of each index in the comprehensive evaluation,and the sensitivity corresponding to the risk indicator values is low. For this purpose,the form of local variable weight was introduced,and in this form,the weight values of indicators could not only change with the variation of the status values of indicators accordingly and realize the dynamic weighting,but also make the status values of both the smaller and larger indicator have a higher sensitivity so as to highlight the point-minus and point-plus effect of this indicator in the comprehensive evaluation of coal mine safety and enable the comprehensive evaluation results to be optimized.
