摘要
以山西中煤华晋王家岭煤矿胶带大巷连采机掘进工作面为工程背景,针对煤层煤质属性及连采机割煤产尘特点,结合连采机自身结构和现场外喷雾使用效果,优化并设计了连采机摇臂上部机面、前部、下侧和采集部后部大水量低压喷雾装置,实施大水量预湿润垮落煤体减少产尘、全方位喷雾封闭尘源控制粉尘逃逸扩散,以及快速集中喷雾降尘技术。现场应用表明:连采机喷雾优化后,降尘效率提升了90.3%,大量粉尘被控制在连采机前部2 m范围内,作业环境明显改善。
By taking the heading face with continous miner in a belt haulage roadway in Wangjialing Mine of Shanxi China Coal Huajin Co.,Ltd.,as the engineering background,optimum design was made the the large- water low- pressure spraying devices mounted on the upperside,lowerside and forwardside of the ranging arm and on the rearside of the collecting head of the continous miner according to the coal proporties,the dust generation characteristics of the continous miner,the structure of the continous miner and the site application effect of the external spray,which realized the dust reduction by pre-wetting the caved coal with large amount of water,the prevention of dust dispersal by enclosing dust source with a full range of spray and the dust suppression by rapid and centralized spray. The site application indicated that the dust removal efficiency reached 90. 3% after the optimum design of the spraying deviices on the continous miner,a large amount of dust was controled in a 2m range in front of the continous miner,and the working environment was improved obviously.
