摘要
煤层瓦斯含量是煤矿瓦斯防治的基础数据,煤层取样是现场瓦斯含量测定的关键。在平煤十矿戊8.9-20230和丁5.6-21180工作面进行了定点取样研究,采用深孔定点取样装置和孔口接粉两种方式进行取样,分别测定瓦斯含量并进行了对比分析。考察了深孔定点取样技术在平煤十矿取样的适用性,结果表明:深孔定点取样技术可实现定点、快速取样,取样深度达到72 m,取样时间控制在5 min以内。利用深孔定点取样技术取样进行瓦斯含量测定,可有效提高煤层瓦斯含量测定的准确性。
The coal-seam gas content is a basic datum for gas control in a coal mine,and the gas sampling from coal seam is the key of the site gas content measurement. Fixed-point sampling research was carried out in No. 20230 working face of the fifth8-9 seam and No. 21180 working face of the fourth 5-6 seam in Pingdingshan No. 10 Mine,the long-hole fixed-point sampling device and drill cuttings collection at the hole collar were adopted for sampling,the gas content was measured and then analyzed.Investigation was made on the applicability of the long- hole fixed- point sampling technique in Pingdingshan No. 10 Mine,the results showed that using this technique can realize the fixed-point and rapid sampling,the sampling depth reached 72 m and the sampling time was controlled within 5 min. The use of the long-hole fixed-point sampling technique for sampling and gas content measurement can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of coal-seam gas content.
