基于百米风阻的工作面阻力测定结果分析 被引量:6

摘要 为研究工作面通风阻力测定结果的可靠程度,提出用百米风阻来判断测定结果的误差大小。利用断面单元法对2个矿的工作面通风阻力进行了现场测定,得到百米风阻后反推出各点风量,结果表明:1#矿井第1次测定各点的百米风阻波动明显,推算风量与实测风量偏离较大;第2次测定的百米风阻波动平缓,推算风量与实测风量误差较小;2#矿井测定的百米风阻波动较小,推算风量与实测风量更加吻合。由此得出,巷道百米风阻可以作为判断工作面通风阻力测定结果误差大小的指标,也可为此类数据的合理性分析提供依据。 In order to study the reliability of ventilation resistance determination in the working face,the hectometer ventilation resistance was put forward to judge the error size of the measured results. By using the section element method,the site measurements were carried out on the ventilation resistance in the working faces in two mines,and the hectometer resistance was obtained and then used to calculate the air quantity at each point. The results showed that the fluctuation of the hectometer resistance at each point in the first measurement in Mine 1 was bigger,and there was a larger difference between the measured and calculated air quantity; the hectometer resistance in the second measurement fluctuated gently,and the difference between the measured and calculated air quantity was smaller; the fluctuation of the hectometer resistance measured in Mine 2 was smallest,and the calculated air quantity was more consistent with the measured air quantity. Therefore,the hectometer resistance measured in the roadway can be used as an index to judge the error size of the ventilation resistance measured in the working face and can also be regard as the basis for rational analysis of such kind of data.
