摘要
在煤矿生产过程中,受现场条件的限制常会利用下向钻孔来测定瓦斯压力。但下向测压钻孔封孔较困难,测得的瓦斯压力值较低。为了提高下向钻孔测压的准确率,对目前下向钻孔测压所遇到的问题进行了分析,针对性提出采用胶囊下向钻孔封孔工艺技术,并对其现场应用效果进行了分析和探讨。结果表明,胶囊封孔工艺在下向测压钻孔的应用中效果较好。
In the process of coal production,the downward holes are often used for the measurement of gas pressure due to the limitation of the site condition. However,the downward holes are difficult to be sealed and the measured gas pressure value is rather low. In order to improve the accuracy of gas pressure measurement by downward holes,analysis was made on the problems encountered in the gas pressure measurement process by downward holes,the capsule hole-packing technology for the downward holes was proposed,and analysis and discussion were conducted on the site application effect of this technology. The results showed that the capsule hole-packing technology for downward hole has better application effect.
