摘要
针对煤层注水钻孔封孔质量差、注水效果不明显的问题,基于钻孔周围裂隙场对封孔质量影响的分析,对聚氨酯带压封孔技术进行了研究。提出根据钻孔周围裂隙场的特点,确定封孔方法及封孔深度,并对聚氨酯带压封孔的原理及工艺进行了阐述,利用钻屑法确定了某矿7306工作面合理的封孔深度为9-14 m。现场应用表明,聚氨酯带压封孔技术可有效封堵钻孔周围裂隙,改善了煤层注水效果。
To counter to the poor hole- sealing quality in coal seam water infusion and the less obvious effect of water infusion,study was made on the polyurethane pressurized hole- packing technology based on the analysis of the influence of the fracture field around the hole on the hole-packing quality. The hole-packing method and length were proposed according to the characteristics of the fracture field around the hole,the principle of polyurethane pressurized hole- packing technology was expounded,and by using the method of drilling cuttings,it was determined that the reasonable hole- packing length in 7306 working face in a mine was 9 m to 14 m. The site application showed that the use of polyurethane pressurized hole- packing technology can effectively seal the fractures around the hole and improve the effect of coal seam water infusion.
