摘要
核桃峪煤矿主斜井井筒施工时,要穿越多个涌水量较大的裂隙含水带,影响井筒正常施工。从经济和技术方案分析比较,决定采用工作面注浆堵水结合壁后注浆堵水的施工技术,同时对水泥、水玻璃在不同配比下的凝胶时间进行了大量实验,为注浆材料的选择提供了依据。实践证明,该技术注浆堵水效果良好,可为同类地质条件下的工程施工提供借鉴。
The construction of the main inclined shaft in Hetaoyu Coal Mine will pass through several water-bearing fractured zones with larger water inrush,which will affect the normal construction of the shaft. Through economic and technical analysis and comparison of the construction scheme,it was decided to adopt the construction technology of water-blocking by grouting from the heading face and the back of the wall,in the meantime,a number of experiments were made on the gel time with different proportioning of the cement and the water glass,which provided basis for the selection of the grouting materials. The practice indicated that this grouting technique for water-blocking has good effect and can provide reference for the engineering construction with similar geological conditions.
