Discussion on Construction and Development Trend of Coal Mine Safety Training System in Our Country

从我国煤矿安全培训法律体系、培训机构、培训教材、培训大纲、培训教师等方面,全面分析了我国煤矿安全培训体系的组成及其间的关系,指出了当前安全培训存在的主要问题,并对安全培训机构资质认可取消后我国煤矿安全培训今后的发展趋势进行了探讨,可为今后研究提高煤矿安全培训效果的方法或开发煤矿安全培训产品提供参考。

Starting from the legal system of China＇s coal mine safety training,the training institutions,training materials,training programs,training teachers and so on,a comprehensive analysis was made on the constitution of China＇s coal mine safety training institutions and the relationship between them,the main problems in current safety training were pointed out,and discussion was carried out on the development trend of the our coal mine safety training after the cancellation of the coal mine safety training institutions accreditation. All of these can provide a reference for the improvement of the coal mine safety training effect and the development of coal mine safety training products in the future.
