Introduced the authorized strength about cable television optical fiber cable access network budgetary estimates,and made two budget watches. According to design drawings and construction schemes,considering the corresponding relation between equipment and material,it also used EXCEL forms to illustrate formula mode of material and project cost,in order to have it as reason to get the material and arrange construction.
