中医药对支气管哮喘患者肺功能改善的影响

Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Therapy on Lung Function in Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的观察中医辨证疗法对支气管哮喘患者肺功能改善的影响。方法 60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用中医辨证疗法,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者肺部功能改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组显效率(寒哮喘为78.57%,热哮喘为62.50%)优于对照组(40.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组组间相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者复发时间间隔长于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗后各中医症状均得到不同程度的改善,观察组较治疗组改善情况更加显著(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证的治疗方法 ,能有效地治疗支气管哮喘,改善支气管哮喘患者的肺部功能。

Objective： To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation therapy on lung function improvement of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods： 60 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine therapy while the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation therapy. The effects of two groups were observed. Results： The lung function of patients in observation group was significantly better than that of control group,and the difference is statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Effective rate of observation group was 78.57%,significantly better than 40% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Recurrence period of observation group was longer than that of control group,and the difference statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. TCM symptoms of two groups after treatment improved to varying degrees,but observation group made more significant improvement（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation therapy can effectively treat bronchial asthma and improve lung function in patients with bronchial asthma.
