员工发展与组织能力的关系框架探究

摘要 结合心理契约、组织的人力资源实践来探究员工发展与组织能力的关系框架;论述了员工发展是组织能力提升的基础,有效的组织人力资源实践能推进员工发展;分析了基于心理契约的员工发展层次,对如何基于员工发展来提升组织能力提出了相关建议。
