摘要
以芳醛、丙二腈和N-芳甲基-5,5-二甲基环己-2-烯酮为原料,在冰醋酸溶剂中合成了一系列N-芳甲基-2-氨基-3-氰基-1,4,5,6,7,8-六氢喹啉衍生物,该方法具有反应时间短、后处理方便等优点.所有产物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱和高分辨质谱表征确证.
A series of N-arylmethyl-2-amino-3-carbonitrile-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinoline derivatives were synthesized via the reaction of aromatic aldehydes with N-arylmethyl-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-2-enones and malononitrile in acetic acid.This approach has the advantages of short reaction time and operational simplicity.The structures of all products were confirmed by IR,NMR and HRMS.
