有效引导突发事件的网络舆情,最大限度地消除其负面影响,是新形势下政府必须面对的新课题。当前,政府在引导网络舆情中还存在不少问题,如工作理念存在误区、法律规章缺失、引导技术和方式滞后、公众利益诉求缺乏沟通渠道等。因此,增强政府引导突发事件能力,必须转变其网络舆情引导理念,完善引导法治,创新引导方式,不断畅通公众利益诉求渠道。

Effective guidance on online public opinion on emergency,as well as the elimination of its negative influence to the hilt is new task which government must face up to. At present,there are still many problems in government guidance on online public opinion,such as misunderstanding of work idea,lack of law and regulation,backwardness of technology and way of guidance,insufficiency of communication channel of appeal of public interest etc. Therefore,to enhance the ability of government guidance on online public opinion on emergency,we should transform idea,perfect rule of law,innovate way of guidance,and unblock the channel of appeal of public interest.
