摘要
就半坡铁矿进行了选矿试验研究,采用了重选试验、球磨-圆筒式磁选机试验研究,最终选择选别效果最佳的球磨-圆筒磁选机试验中的阶段磨矿阶段选别流程,并对铁精矿进行脱硫处理,最终获得铁回收率70.67%,铁品位64.15%,含硫0.09%。
experiments on iron ore beneficiation studies were conducted for Banpo iron deposit.Tests with gravity sepera-tion, ball-milling and cylindrical magnetic milling were carried out, and eventually the stage milling and benefification process used in ball-milling and cylindrical magnetic separator test was selected for its best benefification effect.With desul-furization treatment to iron ore,iron recovery of 70.67%with iron grade of 64.15%and sulfur content 0.09%was obtained.
