摘要
本文以制造锂离子电池碳负极材料的石墨尾料为主料,添加5%~10%由羟甲基纤维素钠、片碱和木莳淀粉配制而成的粘结剂,通过自动化生产线上的配料、搅拌、造粒和烘干等程序制备出新型冶金用高纯增碳剂。其碳含量在90%以上,磷硫含量低,炼铁过程中增碳稳定,碳吸收率可达85%~90%,环保且价格低廉,优于常用的同类增碳剂。此外还通过铸铁熔炼实验讨论了增碳剂粒度、冶炼添加方式等对于增碳效果的影响。
The main raw material is graphite tailings uesd to produce carbon anode material of lithium-ion battery.The bind-er is composed of tapioca, caustic and hydroxymethyl cellulose sodium.Then high-purity carburant is produced by automated production line through the ingredients, mixing, granulation and drying for smelting, wherein the amount of the binder is 5%to 10%.Its fixed carbon content reaches to 90%with low sulfur, low nitrogen and low moisture content.It has large sur-face area of infiltration in the liquid steel, and the carbon absorption rate is up to 85%~90%.It is environmentally friendly and inexpensive, superior to the commonly used similar recarburizer.And the effect of recarburizer granularity and adding methods on increasing carbon is studied by iron smelting experiments.
