摘要 对抗震钢筋HRB500E的成分、性能特性进行分析,控制终点C≥0.05%,P≤0.025%,S≤0.035%;在此基础上提出过程控制参数及制定依据,开轧温度控制在1020±20℃范围内,轧制过程严格控制出钢节奏和终轧速度,以保证轧件变形温度均匀,通过弱穿水水量380~400 m3/h和水压1.6~1.8 MPa的匹配,并通过生产试验确定了HRB500E钢筋的生产工艺。 Composition and performance characteristics of HRB500E seismic reinforcement was analysed, with control end-points C≥0.05%,P≤0.025%,S≤0.035%.On this basis, process control parameters were proposed.Startup rolling tem-perature was ontroled to the range of 1020±20℃, strictly controlingl the process of rolling steel tapping rhythm and finish rolling speed, to ensure the evenness of temperature deformation of rolled piece.Through matching of the weak water quan-tity 380~400 m3/h and water pressure1.6~1.8MPa, the production process of HRB500E seismic reinforcement was deter-mined by the production test.
