摘要 本文首先研究了宏晟电热公司铝电机组,在锅炉启停过程中进行节能优化的必要性和可行性,分析了宏晟电热公司铝电机组的设备状况和实现无电泵上水的技术难点,提出了进行整炉换水法和无电泵启停机的方案,并成功进行了试验,得出了在宏晟电热公司350MW机组直流锅炉,启停过程中进行整炉换水和无电泵启动的优化结论,对宏晟公司其它作业区机组启停过程中的节能有一定的借鉴作用。 This article has first studied the aluminum electrical units of Hongsheng Electric Heating Company, and the ne-cessity and the feasibility of energy conservation optimization in the startup and stopping process of the boilers, and then an-alyzed the equipment condition of aluminum electric heating boiler in Hongsheng electric heating company and the technical difficulty to realize non-pump water upload, proposed plans to implement whole boiler water exchange and non-pump startup and stop, and succeeded in carrying on the experiment.It has derived the conclusion of optimization which has significant guidance to the energy conservation of the boilers in the startup and stopping process.
