红参甘草汤治疗维持性血液透析低血压30例

Clinical Efficacy of Red Ginseng Glycyrrhiza Decoction in Treating Maintenance Hemodialysis Hypotension in 30 Cases

目的观察红参甘草汤治疗血液透析低血压的临床疗效。方法选取30例透析中发生低血压的患者,透析前1 h给予红参甘草汤100 m L口服,疗程为8周。观察患者的疗效及血压、心率、超滤量变化情况,测定治疗前后血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果治疗总有效率为93.34%;治疗后,透析中最低血压、透析后血压及超滤量均显著增加(P<0.01),CRP明显降低(P<0.01)。结论红参甘草汤能有效治疗血液透析低血压,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Red Ginseng Glycyrrhiza Decoction in treating maintenance hemodialysis hypotension. Methods 30 patients liable to develop maintenance hemodialysis hypotension were selected and given oral Red Ginseng Glycyrrhiza Decoction 100 m L at 1 h before hemodialysis with the treatment course of 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,heart rate and ultrafilitrated volume were observed; the levels of hemoglobin（ Hb）,albumin（ Alb）,transferrin（ TRF） and C- reactive protein（ CRP） were detected before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93. 34%; after treatment,the lowest intra-hemodialysis blood pressure,post- hemodialysis blood pressure and total ultrafilitrated volume were significantly increased（ P 0. 01）,and the level of CRP was significantly reduced（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion Red Ginseng Glycyrrhiza Decoction is quite effective for treating maintenance hemodialysis hypotension.
