摘要
围绕在前期规划阶段如何提升冲压件质量,分别从影响冲压件质量的几大因素进行着手,即从数据的源头进行抓起,通过SE技术将产品设计问题最大限度地消除在前期三维模型阶段。另外从试制模具的开发、模具图纸的会签,模具制造过程的监控、供应商体系的建立等多个方面进行分析,得出提高冲压件质量的相关措施,为以后车型开发积累经验并打下基础。
This article focuses on how to improve the quality of stamping parts in the earlyplanning stage, respectively, start from several major factors affecting the quality of stampingparts, namely grab from the source of the data, through the SE technology will be maximallyeliminating the problems of design in the early stage of 3D model. Also analysis from thedevelopment of the trial die, die drawing review, the monitoring of die manufacture process, theestablishment of supplier system, draw the relevant measures to improve the quality of stampingparts, Accumulate experience and lay the foundation for the future model.
