摘要
注射模中有很多零件需要五面加工,在机床、刀具等条件满足的情况下,要实现一次装夹、完成五面加工,必须克服夹具夹持面覆盖到需要加工的工件表面所产生的加工干涉。本文介绍的模具五面体加工高效夹具,下部采用十字支撑,上部采用电控永磁吸盘,组成一体式结构夹具,具有安全、高效、环保等特点,可推广使用到各类五轴加工机床,实现模具加工的高质量、高效率。
There are many parts in injection mold need pentahedron machining, such asmachine tool, cutting tool condition is met, in order to achieve a clamping, complete pentahedronmachining, must overcome fixture clamping surface coverage to need the workpieces surfacegenerated by processing interference. In this paper, the mold pentahedron maching highefficiency fixtures, lower using cross bracing, upper with electric control permanent magneticchuck, fixture of one-piece structure, has many characteristics, such as safety, high efficiency,environmental protection, can be used to all kinds of five-axis machine tools, mold processing ofhigh quality, high efficiency.
