新型催化法脱硫催化剂梯级再生的研究

Research of Cascade Regeneration of New Type Catalytic Method Desulfurization Catalyst

介绍了新型催化法烟气脱硫技术,针对其工艺特点,指出了再生的重要性,并对梯级再生进行了一定的实验。实验结果表明,四级再生能保证较高的再生率,并对工程上再生的浓度梯度设计及再生运行方式提出了建议。

New type catalytic desulphurization technology is introduced,and points out the importance of regeneration for its technological characteristics,and do experiments for the cascade regeneration.The results of experiments shows that the quaternary regeneration can guarantee higher regeneration rate,and made some suggestion for concentration gradient of regeneration on engineering design and regeneration operation mode.
