摘要
常减压装置是炼油行业的"龙头"装置,其加工过程存在火灾、爆炸、中毒等风险。本文将HAZOP分析与中国石油化工集团HSE风险矩阵评价结合,对洛阳分公司常减压装置进行风险评价,对辨别出的危险因素进行风险等级划分,根据提出的建议措施有针对性的进行实施,以便更准确有效的提高事故预防和控制能力。
Atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is the oil refining industry's"leading"device,its manufacturing process exist fire,explosion,poisoning and other risks.In this paper,HAZOP analysis and SINOPEC HSE risk matrix analysis was combined for risk evaluation on the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Luoyang branch company,risk classification of the identified risk factors.Application of proposals from HAZOP analysis was then carried out to accurately and effectively improve the ability of accidents prediction and controlling.
