140例非小细胞肺癌外科手术治疗体会

140 cases of non-small cell lung cancer surgical treatment experience

目的：探讨外科手术应用于非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果。方法研究对象为2010年2月～2013年3月在本院接受外科手术治疗的140例非小细胞肺癌患者。根据患者具体情况，行肺楔形切除术、肺叶切除术加纵隔淋巴结清扫术、全肺切除加纵隔淋巴结清扫术、肺叶切除加支气管成形加纵隔淋巴结清扫术。对患者1年存活率和生存质量进行观察。结果1年后，140例患者存活125例，存活率为89.28%，患者SF-36量表各维度平均得分均比治疗前高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论外科手术应用于非小细胞肺癌患者，可以更好改善患者生存质量，提高患者存活率。

Objective Discusses the application of surgery in the clinical effect of non-small cell lung cancer patients. Methods The object of study for February 2010 to March 2010 in our hospital surgical treatment of 140 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. According to the specific situation of the patients,pulmonary wedge resection,resection of lung and mediastinal lymph nodes were performed,pneumonectomy plus mediastinal lymph nodes were performed,lobectomy plus bronchoplasty and mediastinal lymph nodes were performed. For patients with 1 year survival rate and life quality were observed. Results A year later,140 patients for 140 cases,survival rate was 89.28%,the average score SF-36 scale for patients with all dimensions are higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applied in patients with non-small cell lung cancer surgery,can better improve the quality of survival,improve the patients survival rate.
