106例外伤性小肠破裂早期诊断与治疗分析

Early diagnosis and treatment of 106 cases of traumatic rupture of small intestine

目的探讨外伤性小肠破裂的临床早期诊断和治疗手段。方法回顾性分析106例外伤导致的小肠破例患者,统计分析患者的临床资料、诊疗经过以及预后效果。结果全部106例患者中104例治愈,12例患者发生术后并发症,其中切口感染7例、肠瘘3例、不完全粘连性肠梗阻2例;2例患者由于合并其他脏器损伤失血性休克死亡。结论掌握外伤性小肠破裂后的早期症状和体征表现,通过必要的检查相互联合可提高诊断率,早期急诊手术和合理的手术方式、彻底的腹腔探查与冲洗、术后综合治疗可以减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical early diagnosis and treatment of traumatic rupture of the small intestine.Methods 106 cases of patients with traumatic small intestine caused exception were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical data ,treatment process and prognosis of patients were statistical analyzed.Results 104 cases of all were cured and 12 cases appeared postoperative complications,in which the incision infection seven cases,intestinal fistula three cases,incomplete adhesion ileus two cases.Two patients combined with other organ damage due to hemorrhagic shock and death.Conclusion Grasping early signs and symptoms of performance after traumatic rupture of small intestine and combining the necessary checks can improve the diagnosis rate.Early surgical emergency surgery ,rational way,rinse thoroughly abdominal exploration,comprehensive treatment can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
