Using SAS software insight module, the article carries out mathematical modeling on coal quality index, ash, total moisture,calorific value, and establishes two element linear regression equation. According to the analysis data of ash, total moisture prediction heat,the article comprehensively grasps coal quality index to guide rational collocation production and sales of lignite and reduce the workload of coal quality analysis.
