摘要
对埔寨寨达岱水电站发电机组定子接地保护动作进行了分析,并检测到事故产生的原因。指出为维护电力系统安全稳定运行,应对发电机出口电压互感器的对地绝缘电阻和直流电阻进行定期检测,以防止因内部短路而引起发电厂跳闸和电网震荡事故。
The stator grounding protection action of the generator units in Cambodian Tatay Hydropower Station is analyzed,and the reasons are identified. It suggests that the ground insulation resistance and the DC resistance of the potential transformer in the output end of generators should be examined regularly to prevent the tripping of power stations and the oscillation accident of power grid due to internal short circuit.
