2008～2013年宁阳县居民死因监测分析

Analysis on Surveillance Data of Death Causes Among Residents,Ningynag County,2008-2013

目的了解宁阳县居民的死亡水平和死亡结构特点,为制定疾病预防控制措施和政府决策提供依据。方法运用国家疾病预防控制中心死因监测数据分析软件对资料进行分析。结果2008~2013年宁阳县居民平均期望寿命是76.00岁,年平均死亡率为683.51/10万,慢性病死亡占总死亡89.48%。死因顺位前5位依次是恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病和伤害,合计占全死因的92.97%。结论慢性病已成为宁阳县居民死亡的主要死因。

Objective To understand the features of death level and structure among residents in Ningyang county,so as to provide the basis for preventing and controlling measures of disease and government decision-making. MethodsDeath surveillance data analysis software from National Center for Disease Control and Prevention was used to analyze data. Results The average life expectancy of Ningyang residents was 76.00 during 2008-2013,the average annual mortality rate was 683.51/105,chronic disease deaths accounted for 89.48% of the total death rate,and the top five causes of death were malignant tumors,cerebrovascular diseases,heart disease,respiratory system diseases and injuries,accounting for 92.97% of the total causes of death. Conclusion The chronic diseases are the main causes of deaths in Ningyang county.
