大株红景天注射液的临床应用分析

Analysis of the clinical use of sofren injection

目的了解我院大株红景天注射液的临床应用情况,探讨其合理用药。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对抽取的500份使用大株红景天注射液的病历进行调查,结果用Excel表格进行统计分析。结果在统计的500份病历中,共有16个临床科室应用大株红景天注射液,用于冠心病心绞痛213例(42.6%)。在合理用药方面存在不规范现象,其中适应证相符率为42.6%,配药溶媒规范率为65%,用药疗程规范率为4.6%。而在单次用量及用药频率的规范率为100%。本次调查未发现与大株红景天注射液相关的不良反应。结论我院在大株红景天注射液的使用中存在不合理现象,建议临床医生及护士严格按照药品说明书用药,避免医疗纠纷。

Objective To analyze the clinical use of sofren injection in our hospital and discuss the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection. Methods 500 cases using sofren injection were reviewed,and the data was analyzed with Excel. Results In 500 cases,16 clinical departments used the sofren injection,the percentage of the clinical application of sofren injection for the coronary heart disease was 42. 6%（ n = 213）. The coincidence rate of indication was 42. 6%,and the standardized rates of solvent dispensing and medication course were 65% and 4. 6%. The rate of both correct single dosage use and standard administration frequency was 100%. There was no adverse drug reaction of sofren injection. Conclusion There was irrational phenomenon in the sofren injection use in our hospital,we suggest that drugs should be strictly used according to the instruction to avoid medical disputes.
