摘要
以涤纶为基质材料,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,盐酸为掺杂酸,采用原位聚合方法聚合出了聚苯胺/涤纶复合抗静电织物。经过实验探索得到最佳整理工艺:织物减量率不超过20%,苯胺溶液浓度30%~50%,过硫酸铵浓度15%~20%,聚合时间1~2h,聚合温度20℃。聚苯胺抗静电整理对织物的使用性能不会产生明显的影响。
The polyaniline/polyester composite fabric were obtained using the method of in-situ polymerization and ammonium persulfate as the oxidant and hydrochloric acid as the doping acid based on polyester matrix material.The experiment results indicated that the optimal finishing process was fabric reduction rate of less than 20%,aniline solution concentration of 30%~50%,ammonium sulfate concentration of 15%~25%,polymerization time of 1~2hand polymerization temperature of 20℃.The influences of polyaniline antistatic finishing on fabric performance were not significant.
