摘要
在单面无缝内衣机上编织了平针添纱、假罗纹和交错组织等8种常用无缝内衣织物试样,采用双向电子强力仪对其进行了双向拉伸性能试验,并对试验数据进行分析和多项式拟合。结果表明在同一延伸率下,各种织物的纵向拉伸力大于横向,且随着延伸率的增大差异更显著;拉伸到同样长度时平针添纱组织的拉伸力最小,弹性回复性也较差;对假罗纹组织随着浮线的增多,拉伸力增大,弹性回复性也随之增大;而属于紧密型的1+1交错组织其拉伸力最大,但弹性回复性最差。
Eight different fabric samples including jersey plating,mock rib and cross stitch were prepared on a single seamless knitting machine.The biaxial tensile experiment was proceeded by the biaxial electronic tester.The tested data was analyzed and polynomial fitting.The results showed that under the same extension rates,the longitudinal tensile forces of all samples were greater than the horizontal ones.This phenomenon was more remarkable with the increase of extension rate.The jersey plating fabric exhibited the smallest tensile force and poorer elastic recovery.The tension force and elastic recovery of the mock ribs rose with the increase of float.1+1cross stitch with tight structure showed the largest tensile force but the poorest elastic recovery.
