在当前和今后相当长一段时期内,我国传统纺织产业都将面临产业转型升级的重要任务。针对目前社会在高技能人才内涵认识上还有待进一步深化等情况,对高技能人才的作用、任务、核心能力进行了新思考;在此基础上对高技能人才的内涵作了新界定,同时探讨了高技能人才的培养策略。

The transformation and upgrading of textile industry will be the important task for quite a long time in the future.There were deficiencies in the high skill talents understanding.The role,mission and core competence of high skilled talents were thought.The connotation of high skilled talents was got new definition,and the training strategy for high skill talents was discussed.
