多层螺旋CT血管成像对椎动脉变异的诊断价值

Clinical Diagnosis of Vertebral Artery Variations in MDCT Angiography

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像对椎动脉变异的临床诊断的意义,为临床确诊椎动脉变异提供有效方法。方法:选择2010年12月至2013年12月确诊椎动脉变异患者148例,采用多层螺旋CT血管造影检查观察椎动脉的变异情况,了解多层螺旋CT血管成像对椎动脉及其变异的诊断。结果:共发现椎动脉发育不良63例,椎动脉走行异常25例,椎动脉起源异常2例,椎动脉发生2种及以上变异类型36例,椎动脉部分缺失11例,单干椎动脉形成基底动脉7例,椎动脉窗式变异性椎动脉变异4例。结论:多层螺旋CT可清楚显示椎动脉的各种异常变异,为临床医生提供帮助。

Objective： To explore the significance of MDCT angiography in the clinical diagnosis of vertebral artery variations,to provide effective method in clinical diagnosis of vertebral artery variations. Methods： Between December 2010 and December 2013,148 patients with vertebral artery variation were diagnosed with MDCT angiography,and there was analysis in the variation of vertebral artery. Results： 63 cases of vertebral artery were hypoplasia,25 cases of vertebral artery were contorted abnormally,2 cases were anomalous origin of vertebral artery,36 cases had two or more mutation of vertebral artery,11 cases had excalation of vertebral artery,7 cases were alone vertebral artery formed basilar artery and 4 cases had vertebral artery window variation. Conclusion： MDCT angiography can clearly show various abnormal variation of vertebral artery,and can help clinical doctors.
