文中通过对可能造成液化天然气船舶泄漏的事故进行分析,概括了现有的典型预防液化天然气船舶泄漏事故的措施,提出了应急减灾方案与注意事项,为液化天然气船舶应急反应预案的制定提供了理论基础与技术储备。

Based on analysis of accidents which might lead to leakage of LNG carriers, the paper summarizes the existing typical measures for the prevention of such leakage. It also puts forward the plan for emergent disaster alleviation and essentials, which provides theoretical basis and technological preparation for the development of emergency plan.
