摘要
多金属结核在不同工艺条件下金属化还原,得到的有磁性和无磁性两种合金颗粒,对两组合金颗粒成分和微观组织进行对比分析,研究影响合金磁性的主要元素及组织结构。结果表明,锰是影响合金磁性的主要元素,锰含量很低时磁性强,锰含量高时磁性就很弱,锰在合金中促进了奥氏体组织的形成,从而导致合金无磁性。
The magnetic and non-magnetic alloy particles are obtained by the metallic reduction of polymetallic nodules under different conditions. The elements and structures of the alloy particle which influence the magnetism are investigated by contrast analysis of composition and microstructures of the particles. The results show that the magnetism of alloy is affected by the content of manganese in the alloy. While the manganese content is low,the magnetism of alloy is strong. The magnetism of alloy becomes weak with the increasing manganese content. The formation of austenitic organization is promoted by the manganese existence in alloy,which results in magnetism disappearing of the alloy.
