多风机联合作业在某大型铜矿山的应用与分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对某大型铜矿山矿体埋藏深,生产能力大,而进风量不足,风量分配不合理等问题,在前期通风系统调查与评价的基础上,综合技术可行、经济合理、安全可靠的原则,提出应用多风机联合作业改造的技术方案并对其进行了仿真模拟。方案实施后通过现场实测、理论分析对多风机联合作业的应用效果进行了分析。结果表明风机与风网及风机之间是相匹配的,且风机联合作业效率达到了78%以上,全矿总进风量达到了564 m3/s,满足了井下生产的实际需风量,有效地改善了井下作业环境。 In accordance with the problems in a large copper mine,such as ore body buried deep,large production capacity,inadequate intake air volume,and air distribution unreasonable,on the basis of preliminary investigation and evaluation of the ventilation system,the technological scheme of multiventilator joint operations is put forward and simulated by comprehensive consideration of technically feasible,economically reasonable,safe and reliable. The application result of multi-ventilator joint operations is analyzed by field measurement,theoretical analysis,after implementation of the program.The results show that the fan and ventilation network,the fan and the fan are matched. In addition,the efficiency of multi-ventilator joint operations is more than 78%. The total amount of wind 564 m3/ s is achieved,the underground working environment is effectively improved.
