摘要
基于中国大学生方程式汽车大赛(FSC)比赛规则,对LD450单缸机进气系统进行了改进设计,以增加发动机的充气效率并提高发动机的动力性。应用GT-POWER软件对发动机进行了模拟仿真,确定了进气系统改进设计方案;在采用新设计方案的前提条件下,仿真分析了进气歧管长度和稳压腔容积对发动机动力性的影响,确定了进气歧管长度、稳压腔容积参数;最后通过CFX软件对进气系统进行三维流体模拟分析,得到了进气系统稳压腔最佳收缩角度。仿真结果表明:所设计的进气系统具有较大的充气效率,提高了发动机的动力性能。
Based on the rules of Formula Student China (FSC), air intake system of LD450 single-cylinder engine was designed, to increase the charging efficiency and improve the dynamic performance of engine. To determine the program of air intake system that was used GT - POWER software simulation, by using this scheme, pressure stabilizing cavity and the length of intake manifold were simulated to get the influence of power performance of the engine and determine the parameters of pressure stabilizing cavity and the length of intake manifold; the air intake system analysis was carried out by CFX software 3-D fluid Simulation that got the best value of the shrinking angle of pressure stabilizing cavity. The simulation results showed that the design of the air intake system had larger charging efficiency and was satisfied with the requirements of power performance of the engine.
