周向均布拉杆转子接触段刚度特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究存在大量轮盘结合面的燃气轮机拉杆转子的刚度特性,以轮盘间通过粗糙平面连接的周向均布拉杆转子为研究对象,建立其整体刚度的理论计算模型并定义了结合面刚度无量纲因子;运用三维有限元法对转子接触段进行考虑非线性接触的静力分析,计算了接触段刚度修正系数、接触应力分布状态、拉杆刚度比例系数以及拉杆应力随刚度无量纲因子的变化关系,计算结果表明刚度无量纲因子λ=1是转子整体应力应变状态保持稳定的临界值。研究可为周向拉杆转子预紧力的确定提供参考。 In order to study on the stiffness characteristics of the gas turbine rotor which has massive interfaces, the circumferential distributed rod fastening rotor with rough surface couplings was chosen to be research object, and the calculation model of stiffness was established and the dimensionless factor of interface stiffness was defined.3D finite element static analysis of the rotor considering nonlinear contact was performed to find how the stiffness correction coefficient, the condition of stress distribution, the coefficient of tie-rod stiffness ratio and the stress of tie-rod changed with the dimensionless factor of stiffness.The results of analysis show that the dimensionless factor of stiffness λ=1 should be the critical value which keeps the stress and strain state of the whole rotor remain stable.These researches may provide references for preload force determination of such circumferential distributed rod fastening rotor.
