摘要
对高压蓄热器闪蒸过程进行了试验研究,主要关注闪蒸过程蓄热器内液体的腾升高度以及闪蒸蒸汽干度的影响因素,并测试了汽水分离器的实际分离效果,试验结果表明:在给定的闪蒸强度下,容器液面腾升高度不高于300mm;在一定的闪蒸初始液位条件下,闪蒸蒸汽的干度均较高;大强度闪蒸过程汽水分离器的实际汽水分离效果并不理想。
Experimental research was performed on the flash evaporation of the high-pressure steam accumulator. The effect of the water segregator was tested at the same time. The run-up of the water lever was less than 300 millimeters according to the given flash intensity. The humidity approached zero when the water level was less than certain value. The water segregator could not obviously segregate the water in the flash steam.
