摘要
提出用改进的直接膨胀法来回收LNG动力船上的冷能和余热的发电系统,并以4800k W的双燃料拖船为研究对象,利用ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件对该系统进行模拟和优化。模拟分析结果表明,在相同膨胀机入口温度和不同入口压力下都有一个最优的发电功率值;双机系统最大发电功率达177k W,完全可以减少一个150k W的主柴油机发电机组而产生巨大的经济和环境效益;该系统的?效率达到了0.4854,比传统的直接膨胀系统?效率提高了近一倍。
The concept suggested in this paper is that improved direct-expansion method can be used to recycle cold energy and waste heat power system. 4800kW dual fuel tugboat is treated as object of study. Simulation and optimization of this system achieves through ASPEN PLUS process simulation software. The data of simulation and analysis shows that there exists an optimal power under different entrance pressure in the same entrance temperature of expander. The maximum generation power can reach 177kW so that a 150 kW generator set on main diesel engine completely can be removed bringing enormous economic and environmental profits. The energy efficiency in this system can be promoted to O. 4854, nearly double of that in traditional direct expansion system.
