日本大学共同利用组织制度的历史演进与运行机理——日本大学协同创新的一项重要制度设计

日本大学探索协同创新的组织制度有着比较长的历史,先后形成了附设研究所、共同利用研究所、共同利用机构、共同利用据点等组织制度形式。共同利用组织制度作为日本大学推进协同创新的一项重要制度设计,顺应了现代知识生产转型的需要,促进了不同学术组织间进行合作生产知识的能力,形成了科学研究—技术开发—人才培养的一体化功能等。日本大学的这种制度设计对中国大学协同创新组织制度建设具有重要借鉴价值。
