这一年，区域通关一体化改革在京津冀、长江经济带和广东省内海关实施；这一年，上海自贸试验区推出23项海关监管制度创新措施，并在全国复制推广14项；这一年，关检合作“三个一”推行到全国海关和检验检疫部门。

It was a year of reform and innovation.China customs launched Reform on Integrative Customs Clearance in three areas,including BeijingTianjin-Hebei province,Yangtze River Economic Belt,and Guangdong province.For the newly born Shanghai FTZ,China customs hammered out 23 innovative customs supervision measures,and copied 14 of them to the other areas.The Single Window mechanism,which has been promoted by the World Customs Organization,was prepared in ten pilot coastal provinces and five pilot cities specifically designated in the state plan.The customs authority also enlarged the coverage of paperless clearance to all its business sectors and clearance spots.To tackle the effect of declining overseas markets,it implemented20 supportive measures for foreign trade to achieve steady growth.In that year,China customs signed 34 cooperation agreements with foreign partners,and approved 19 ports to open to overseas markets or to extend its opening.Especially,the authority took great efforts and has designed its Overall Plan on Comprehensively Deepening Reforms.There were more efforts and achievements.China customs has done its upmost to contribute to the country's development under the 'New Normal',and the endeavor will be continued.
