摘要
全线采用盾构法施工的无锡地铁2号线区间隧道,由于梅荣区间出现4段高强度的微~中等风化的石英砂岩,其单轴抗压强度最高达180MPa,已远远超出盾构机原设计掘削能力,故无法继续利用原盾构进行施工,最终采用矿山法+盾构法的施工方法。论文分析了该区间矿山法施工的重点和难点,提出了施工对策措施,为顺利完成本区间施工提供了技术支撑,以期为同类工程提供借鉴。
Shield construction is adopt to excavate running tunnel of Wuxi metro line 2.For the reason of quartz sandstone with high uniaxial compressive strength,it is difficult to excavate the running tunnel by shield method.So mining method is used to excavate tunnel.In this paper,the emphasis and difficulties of mining method were analyzed,and control measures were provided for finishing construction successfully.The methods and technology can provide experiences for the same engineering.
