益气养血汤联合化疗治疗结直肠癌术后患者的疗效观察

Yiqi Yangxue Tang Associated with Chemotherapy for the Patients Underwent Colorectal Carcinoma Surgery： Efficacy Observation

为观察益气养血汤联合化疗治疗结直肠癌术后患者的临床疗效，将98例结直肠癌术后患者随机分为治疗组（幅例，用益气养血汤联合化疗）和对照组（48例，单纯FOLFOX4方案化疗）。两组均治疗6个疗程，并对两组疗效进行比较。结果显示，治疗组对化疗期间毒副反应、身体免疫反应及化疗后6个月生活质量的变化均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，益气养血汤对结直肠癌术后患者化疗有一定的减毒作用，并使患者的生活质量有一定的提高。

This study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangxue Tang（a decoction for tonifying qi and nourishing blood） combind with chemotherapy used in the patients underwent colorectal carcinoma surgery.After surgery 98 patients with colorectal carcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group （48 cases received this Yiqi Yangxue Tang combined with chemotherapy） and control group（48 cases received alone FOLFOX4 project chemotherapy） ;following above therapy for 6 treatment courses the clinical efficacies of both groups were compared each other.As results,in the toxic-side reaction during chemotherapy, body immune response and the change of patient＇s life quality after 6 months of chemotherapy treatment group was all superior to control group（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that Yiqi Yangxue Tang has certain attenuation for postoperative patient＇s receiving chemotherapy, patient＇s quality of life could be enhanced certainly.
