分段齿形结扎加皮桥整形术治疗环状混合痔疗效观察

Fractional Teeth-shaped Ligation plus Skin-bridge Plasty in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids： Effect Observation

为观察分段齿形结扎加皮桥整形术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。回顾性分析应用该法治疗的30例患者资料。结果显示，30例患者全部治愈，肛门皮肤平整，排便正常。术后住院时间3～10d，半均6．1d；创面愈合时间11～20d，平均1d．6d。结果表明，分段齿形结扎加皮桥整形术治疗环状混合痔疗效确切、创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少。

In order to investigation the clinical effect of a combination procedure （fractional teeth-shaped ligation plus skin-bride plasty） for treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,author retrospectively analysed the data of 30 cases underwent this combination procedure.As results,the 30 cases were cured,their anus shaped smoothly and intactly with normal defection;postoperative hospitalization time was 3-10 days （averaged 6.1 days）;the time for wound-surface healing was 11-20 days（averaged 14.6 days）.Resuhs show lhat above the combination procedure for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids has determined effect, less trauma,mild pain,fast recovery and less complication.
