七叶硝矾洗剂配合智能肛周熏洗仪治疗混合痔术后肛门肿痛的疗效观察

Qiye Xiaofan Lotion Associated with Smart Perianal Fuming ＆ Wash Apparatus in the Treatment of Anal Edema and Pain Following the Operation for Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察七叶硝矾洗剂配合智能肛周熏洗仪对混合痔术后肛门水肿、疼痛的疗效，将混合痔术后患者140例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各70例。治疗组采用七叶硝矾洗剂配合智能肛周熏洗仪熏洗治疗，对照组采用1：5000PP液坐浴。结果显示，治疗组疗效优于对照组，中、重度肛门水肿发生率治疗组（11.4％）低于对照组（72.9％）（P〈0.01）；II、III级疼痛发生率治疗组（20.0％）低于对照组（78.6％）（P〈0.01）。结果表明，用七叶硝矾洗剂配合智能肛周熏洗仪可更好地减少混合痔术后肛门水肿、疼痛，促进创口愈合。

This study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of anal edema and pain after mixed hemorrhoids surgery with Qiye Xiaofan lotion （a formula of Chinese herb） associated with smart perianal fuming wash apparatus.The 140 patients with mixed hemorrhoids received surgery was randomly divided into treatment group and control group, n = 70, for each; treatment group received above combined therapy, meanwhile control group adopted 1 ： 5000 PP solution for sitz bath. As results, the effect of treatment group was superior to control group,i.e the incidence of mid-and severe anal edema was 11.4% vs 72.9%（ P 〈0.01）,and incidence of II, III degree pain was 20.0% vs 78.6%（ P 〈0.01）.Results show that this combined therapy can better reduce postoperative edema and pain of anus, promote wound healing.
