痔瘘术后排便障碍的处理（附200例分析）

Management of Dyschesia after the Surgery for Hemorrhoids and Fistula：Analysis of 200 Cases

为总结痔瘘术后排便障碍的处理方法，回顾性分析痔瘘术后排便障碍200例患者资料，通过对术后排便障碍患者综合治疗的分析，总结痔瘘术后排便障碍的处理方法，成功地治疗或减轻了痔瘘术后排便困难，降低了粪便嵌塞、创口撕裂出血等并发症的几率，减轻了患者的痛苦。

In order to summarize the management methods of dyschesia following the surgery for hemorrhoids and fistula,authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 200 cases with this dyschesia,and through analysing the combined treatment of these cases summarized some management methods. Authors believe that successfully treating may reduce the difficult to defecation,decrease the possibility of stool impaction and bleeding due to wound be teared,and so on complications,therefore relieve patient＇s pain.
